For example, 6 Volts DC is conneted to a 1 K resister, Temperature is approximatly zero, will it cause random noise but not johnson (Thermal)noise?

If you mean 0 degrees Kelvin, then no noise will be generated, other than little sudders from the cold.

You mean an AC voltage source? Your question is not clear. Why not describe the circuit in more detail?
