Not known to be toxic to dogs. Even plants that are 'toxic' may not be fatal but may cause mild upset even in large quantities.
The most important thing is to watch your dog for signs of distress: breathing difficulties, lethargy, staring, vomiting, obvious discomfort, etc.

Poisonous? I don't think so. There was a rumor,circulated in the 'sixties, that claimed they were psychedelic in large quantities. I never tried it. Look at your dog's pupils,if they are dilated maybe you should call a vet. Another resource might be the Poison control center,it's a nation-wide resource. It's spelled Coleus,I think.
You might also try looking up Poisonous plant web sites.
