It supposedly pulls toxins out of your body. Some people use it in a foot bath and it's said to improve your health. I've never actually tried it but my aunt did and she said it made her feel better.

I have fibro-myalgia and it causes bad muscle pain- I soak in epsom salts and hot water when my pain meds and muscle relaxers aren't enough- it helps me to sleep better on bad nights-I probably use it about twice a week.

The most frequent use of this product is to reduce swelling by a process of osmosis. Was a very common treatment in days past. Another was for constipation. Very effective there also.

To reduce the swelling of sprains and bruises, sooth aching feet and general use on compresses. My mom swore by them.
