If it's running Shimano 600 (before Ultegra name change) or Dura Ace, $500 at best if it's in primo, "like new" condition. With regular use wear, $250-$300 is a realistic price for a complete bike with Dura Ace or 600 components. If it has 105 components (which are good components), I wouldn't pay over $250 in good condition.

Depends on condition and components on the frame.
The frame itself is not worth a whole lot. I have one myself. Paid less than $400 for the frame and fork new in 95.
It is an old design, using carbon tubes glued to aluminum lugs.
Most carbon frames today are all carbon, using either a monocoque design (Kestrel) or carbon tubes glued to carbon lugs (Trek).
Best guess the frame maybe worth $100-150 depending on condition and size.
Any components that are over ten years old and have seen plenty of use may as well be replaced. If they have little use and are high end components, such as Ultegra or Dura-Ace they may add some value.

Unfortunately, not much. The technology for these bikes has changed so much in the past 10 years that your bike is almost obsolete... not only the frame, but the components as well.

If the bike is like new, you might expect a pricetag of $150-$200 while a well-used version with scratches and marks would bring less. This being said, this would be a good entry level bike or "bad weather" bike so it may be worth more just to avoid riding a good bike in bad conditions.

This bike sounds a lot like my old Trek 2100 - '93. Carbon main tubes glued to alum lugs... While it is out dated, I've seen my Trek go on EBay for $400 and a 2200 about the same year for for $550. Both are 105 equiped, the 2200 had STI shifters and mine didn't. (I upgraded them later)

So there maybe retro value to it. Selling at auction would tell you it's value I guess.

Not a lot. They had a tendency to come unglued at the lugs. If the rear spacing is 126 than the bike cannot be upgraded to 9/10 speed.
