We were reconsiled with God through Jesus Christ. Adam and Eve sinned, we r their offspring , so their relationship with God came to an end, Jesus Christ brought it back . So, now we can pray to God and b heared through Jesus Christ.

All things in this world come through Christ. He is the bridge that connects us to God. When you pray for anything that lines up with the will of God, you will receive it as long as you ask in the name of Jesus. This means you are asking through Jesus or by His authority. After laying down His life to give this access, how could God tell Jesus no? As long as it's according to His will, He can't.

Jesus Christ is the one mediator between God and man- as the Bible says.
He is GOD! (John 1:1)
He is who we should pray to always. He is our LORD and Savior!
(And as the posters said above, through Christ comes LIFE! Eternal life! It is through Adam that sin came-- and sin equals death)

The only way to God the Father is through Jesus the son. Through Adam came death . Through Jesus came life.

Anything in Adam's name has no value as he lost perfection for mankind. Christ paid the price and reclaimed that right.

The true prayer is "Thy WILL be done". any other prayer is asking "Could my will be done instead!
