Imagine if someone stopped Hitler in 1939. So what is the best time to try to stop a murderous dictator ? I'd rather a mistake be made by taking action, then not taking any action at all

As much as Bush haters love to call him Hitler you need to stop. Hitler does not need to associated with a man like Bush.

I guess anyone who murders their own citizens or another countries citizens for just their religious beliefs will qualify.
Hitler- Jews.
Sadam- Kurds.
