I don't have to give up my seat, because the number of "seats" is not finite. Everyone who is worthy can be there.

Why? The purer soul would have my seat before me anyway.
If such a thing exists, I think the space would be reserved. No matter if I would die before or after the purer soul. The space would be reserved for who deserves it.
