i'm looking for simple recipes that are filling and nutritious for our current situation. my boyfriend has always been a late eater. he doesn't eat much during the day and eats later in the evening. he doesn't have a weight problem and we're just looking to maintain his weight.
he works a fulltime job, comes home to change *normally with no time to eat* then runs to his part time job that will have him coming home at 11.30pm. by that time he's feeling hungry so he eats but it's not long before he gets tired and goes to bed (which i know is not the healthiest but it's just the situation right now).
i'm looking for something filling to make for his meal but something that isn't too heavy/bad for him. any recipe ideas?

Frnd, good to know abt ur caring of ur bfrnd.. These r all my opinion.. He came by 11.00pm and felt hungry.. That itself is a indication for his good health.. ok .. let me come to d point..
General normal office goer... working as a staff/management category.. needs 1600 to 1700 c of energy everyday. It depends on his age and weight factor too... Generally our consumption of food habits/ Indian veg. food habits. comes to 4500 to 5500 cs. Tat creates the problem in everyones life.. BEING COM TO HOME LATE REGULARLY... BETTER IS VEGETABLES AND FRUITS.. if I know abt his age, work nature and his weight... I trust, I may be able to inform or reply with more detail...
