i hate my small breasts?

I'm scared of implants...is there ANYTHING i can do to change the size, any pills or hormones? Please no answers about how i should love myself the way i am. I will always hate having a flat chest. Even though i have a great bf who says he loves them, i want fuller rounder breasts. I'm desperate, but don't want to go through with plastic surgery (which i can't afford anyway). Is there anything to help me?

Have you concidered taking some vitamin E. Vitamen E is one of the 4 vitamins ( ADEK) that are fat-soluble. They are stored in fat. Your pretty ones are covered with fat.

What is small beautiful ??? I am the one who has small breast and I hate them as well ! Is not about the aspect when you are dressed, but about the complex when a man undressing you and when he want touch it but have not what to touch ! The first thing I say when I make love is : sorry, I have small breast..... Is sound horrible, but at least I have to announcing the guy and of course, he don't meet me second time because he did not liked having sex with me because of no breast ! I hate them so much ! Is looks like a cat breast or sheep .... so ugly and small ! Because of this, I lost all the life confidence in myself and affected me on all life plans, not only sexual plan ! I would much rather have my wife stay with a smaller sized chest that to have surgery with result that look totally fake. Really, God designed breasts with the child in mind, not the husband. Do not let our culture brainwash you into think big breasts bring more happiness. Just look at a lot of women who have the surgery...they go back for more and more implant sugeries. Smaller breasts are very beautiful and as desireable as any other size are, if not more...

Pills? Don't think so.

i prefer small breasts!

if you massage them everyday with lotion theyll get a bit bigger, taking female hormones will make them bigger as well, but you have to get them from your doctor.

The pill helps, but it also puts weight on.

Don't get surgery! most people love small boobs, every guy I know doesn't like big boobs. Pamela anderson is so last century :P

Your breast change size if your under alot of stress, or tired all the time ( I dont know why ), massaging them helps so much because it softens the muscle and it grows faster.

All the phony lotions that say your meant to massage it on twice a day, its not the actual lotion, its the massaging.

massaging is the way for fuller rounder breats :)

There is very little you can do short of having surgery (and a lot of fake boobs look horrible anyway so it's good you're not doing that) so even if you don't love your boobs you have to try to accept that they are yours and that they are the way they are. It took me years to achieve, I was always toying with the idea of surgery, or trying various pills, creams, oils etc, all to no avail. But because breast tissue is mainly fat, some people have small boobs because they simply don't gain fat in that area (unless they get pregnant) .I know a lot of girls who are bigger chested and wish they weren't, they get backache, there are loads of clothes they can't wear, they get unwanted male attention, sport can be uncomfortable, plus the nicest underwear usually comes in smaller sizes. And their boobs will sag one day, which small, firm ones don't do. If your boyfriend loves them, try to be happy and do the same.

Sorry, but there is nothing that will make your boobs any bigger unless you get pregnant or gain an extreme amount of weight. My sister tried some "Breast Enlargement" pills that cost her $200 for one bottle. Nothing happened, except she got acne on her chest and back until she stopped using them. I am pretty small on top, so what I do is wear push up bras or for maximum cleavage, I wear two bras. It works!

There is nothing that would help. Breast pills can cause cancer. Breast implants are dangerous and they sometimes don't work. I think my breasts are too big I am a 36d and I don't like them but they are mine so I have to appreciate them. Just love yourself. I know you said not to say that but it is true.

Nope! I am the local president of the IBTC IItty Bitty Titty Committee) and am proud of my martini glass stature. My girls will never sag, I will never have back problems, and by golly I just happen to like my little girls. You have been way to influenced by fashion/media, etc to think you NEED bigger boobs. So wrong. Be glad you have the little ones. When you are 90 years old, they will still be cute!

I like my little girls so much I rarely imprison them in a bra. ANother major bonus for small boobies....NO BRAS!!!! WOo Hooooooooo

Try breast enhancers - I get them from Silicone Sally on ebay (or she has a website) - they are REALLY good and no-one can tell you are wearing them! Some of them can boost your cup size by 2.

Also, try the Panache Atlantis range of bras - they have gel and enhance the bust too.
