Cycling is good exercise... have you ever seen a fat cyclist? tho your only going to be working out your lower body and your cardiovascular system (that is you lungs, heart, vanes and stuff). You'll also burn alot of calories if you actually spend a good amount of time on your bike and not just cycling on flat/down hill roads

Yes, using your bike will help you loose lots of weight. Why don't you try walking too, and then maybe you could turn the walking into jogging, and then running. It is hard to start with, but the weight falls off and when you are running three or four times a week you will find that you can eat nearly anything and the weight doesn't come back. Good luck.

You have a bike, you must have a radio, CD player or IPod to dance to music with. You probably drink milk or juice and can fill up the empty containers with water, sand or rice to use for weights. Hula Hoops are cheap and so are jump ropes. Bowling is cheap and so is roller skating. There are tons of things you can do.

Any kind of excercise if fantastic, make sure you don't go to fast, just a gentle pace so that ou can feel you heart pumping, for about 45 minutes a day, then the weight will drop off you.

Sure, any kind of exercise along with a controlled diet can result in weight loss. Walking is one of the best and all it takes is a good pair of shoes!!

Yeah, cycling is good exercise for you to lose weight. However, in school, you might want to take on in sport activites, like swimming and basketball.
