Probably Greece and Turkey aren't the best of friends. And yes I know it was a rather off color joke.

And just what are Iraq going to use to invade Turkey?? seems they don't have an army to use in Iraq never mind going on campaign against the Turks,
And I doubt if the Greeks will be backing any Arab force either.

no. Greece has themes with Turkey over Cyprus and rather won't decide to be in contact in Iraq. Turkey has themes with the Iraqi Kurds. Kurds in northern Iraq and in jap Turkey have wished independence for awhile and Turkey is attempting to maintain Iraqi Kurds from crossing the border and attacking them.

There is a long standing not understandable hatred between Greece and Turkey. I would suspect that the Greeks would be happy to be the second front.
