Thank you to everyone who has answered my question but I am now trying one last attempt for someone to please watch this video, and then make me feel just as positive as you all have done, without having shared my viewing experience. I'm sure that this link will work now, thanks again to you all.x

This film is not all about war and suffering, as someone suggested in their answer previously although, it does feature briefly, but please just watch to see how they explain religions in a different way and then give me your honest opinion........

The idea that there is no God is mathematically impossible. Basic probability tells you that the odds of a blob of primordial ooze morphing into a man, regardless of how much time has passed, are so remote that mathematicians regard it as impossible. Emile Borel and Fred Hoyle are just two mathematicians who reject evolution on statistical grounds. The idea is a "Statistcal Immposibility". For example, it is theoretically possible that you could blow up a junk yard and all the flying pieces would land and form themselves into a Cadillac - that is possible. But the odds against it are so high that it constitutes a "Statistcal Immposibility". Same goes for evolution. That only leaves one possibility: God. There's your proof, mathematically arrived at.

Your link does not work. But if I had to guess, I'd bet it was a horrific story about a killing or crime against a child. I don't know.
But I noticed that you said that you had a lot of faith in God before the film. Something led you to once believe. Whatever the film is about, cannot be blamed on God. No one can really explain why terrible things happen to innocent good people. Even people who love God.
Tell me something Sexyme, why weren't you born in a third world country, with no food to eat, no shelter, ect...? We don't know. No one knows the mind of God. What we can do is be thankful for what we have and where we are.
God is in control of everything. He has a reason for everything that happens. Our ways are not His ways and our thoughts are not His thoughts. I want to encourage you not to lose faith in Him. Instead, pray that He increases you faith in Him. And when you see Him face to face, you'll get the answer to every question you've ever had.
God Bless.

Faith is hearing a word from God, Romans 10/17.
So what kind of faith did you have?
Obviously not the true faith.
Forgive me, but isn't it rather dumb to be asking man for faith?
Shouldn't you be seeking God?
Or is that just too obvious and simple?
If God gives you the true faith then none can take that away.
We are all so clever today, aren't we?

you will be told to "look around." is this not evidence?
examine that truthfully. does the fact that things do exist mean that "god" made them?
i wrote this, it does exist now in words, god did not write this, i did. paintings have been painted, buildings constructed, not by god but by people. galaxies are created and destroy, stars nova, creatures change or dare i say evolve, and we see this everyday. could it be that the more rational explanation is that they change through a set of naturally working and systemic mechanics? or does our imagination and intellect limit us to believing that it requires something in our own image to have created? is it our ego?
god requires people to exist, there is not evidence of god's existence, no fingerprint, no consistency in working methodology. god is a book, a word, an idea. god is a father that burns his children when they do not appropriately worship him. find the logic in that. find the intelligent design. god is a control mechanism and those that follow god, while often being moral, value a thing that is antithetical to morality. a childish repudiating, spiteful, insipid creature that looks more like an abusive husband than a deity. is it logical that we have all of the religions in the world if only one is correct? is it logical that the bible be accurate? look at what it is...without preconceptions for just a minute.
tell me of talking snakes and burning bushes, tell me of three wise men and a crown of thorns and the age of pisces will be illuminated to you. christians are evolved pagans and so few of them have the intellectual curiosity to find this out.
ask yourself why christians need to have a list of professors who agree with them in matters of evolution. why do christians need to have validation from the objective and reasonable world where as a lot of us are just part of the objective and reasonable world. the lists are small and the resources few to support god. questioning god is an awakening, and of christians truly had faith they would be less likely to alienate those that question god.

Don't allow anything of this earth to separate you from your faith in Christ. Read your bible, pray, and remember the many blessings from God that He rains down on you daily. Our joy comes from Christ. Read John 15. My favorite verse in this chapter is 11: "These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may be in you, and that your joy may be made full." Return to the joy of Christ and know that He will never forsake you. We all stray from the path now and then but He will lead you back if you just ask.

here are the 6 steps to believeing in god, read carefully...
How to Believe in God
Six Easy Steps
1. First, you must want to believe in God.(which you apparently do)
2. Next, understand that believing in God in the absence of evidence is especially noble.
3. Then, realize that the human ability to believe in God in the absence of evidence might itself constitute evidence for the existence of God.
4. Now consider any need for further evidence (both in yourself and in others) to be a form of temptation, spiritually unhealthy, or a corruption of the intellect.
5. Refer to steps 2-4 as acts of “faith.”
6. Return to 2.
thats all you have to do....

If you once had a lot of faith in God, you shouldn't allow Satan to enter your mind enough to change that. It is his job to try to discredit God with as many lies as he can come up with. As Christians we are held liable for the things that we allow to enter our ears, eyes, and to come from our lips. You must guard yourself from this foolish film that you are trying to convince other Christians to watch. When you choose to allow these ungodly images into your mind, you can't blame anyone but yourself for the spiritual struggle you are now facing.
Here's my advice. Get on your knees and pray. Ask God to reveal Himself to you. Read whatever scriptures He leads you to. Jeremiah 24:7 says, And I will give them an heart to know me, that I am the Lord: and they shall be my people, and I will be their God: for they shall return unto me with their whole heart.

Sorry, that you had a bad experience. I suggest that you watch EWTN instead. Especially the Scott Hahn shows. Read "Reasons to Believe" by Scott Hahn. Or, if you want a real challenge, read "Introduction to Christianity" by Cardinal Ratzinger.
God Bless you on your journey to Him.
