How should we keep track of the food we eat.... like
calories, sodium, sugars, iron, etc. etc.....
For ex: if i make curry with 1/2 lb. green beans, i use 2 tbsp. of oil, 1 tsp. of salt, 1 tsp. of chilli powder. When i am making a dessert, i use 1 cup of sugar & 3 tbsp. of butter. (This is for 4 people -- 2 kids & 2 elders).
What my exact question is: how do i know how much sugar/salt/oil... each person is eating in a day? Does my question makes sense?
