Best thing I can tell you is a little trick you can do with your mouth ... if ya know what I mean. "suck and roll your tongue" That ALWAYS makes me curl my toes and my legs go weak, along with a few loud bursts of noise :)

no longer listening to the cleansing cleansing soap dispensor pump and the intense-high quality and comfortable water working after listening to somebody take a sell off. The vison of those tiny bacteria crawling up below those grubby little finger nails and digging in and multiplying beofre for an prolonged winters nap is scary. My ft are in a collection merely thinking approximately it.
