I think it's highly possible it's just a human instinct. I have OCD. But I don't have the type where I'm all organized but I have uncontrollable sexual thoughts or I can see people dying a sudden death. I take medication for it, it's alright. But I'll be sitting in class and all the sudden picture my teacher naked...sometimes I can't control it...sometimes it's just because it's more interesting than listening to the lecture. I think sometimes it is normal.

It's probably a lot more common than you think. And the reason it is not sexual is that this is not the basis for the action. You probably feel uncomfortable in social situations and subconsciously feel more in control when imagining the other person naked. It's a fairly common defense mechanism.

It is perfectly normal to wonder what someone looks like naked. I think that in society most people would stare if someones clothes should fall off or should they undress in front of you and it would be normal to look.

it is quiet normal but it lead to disturbances in the normal worklife and also the social behavior with others .
it will also led u to sit alone and not interacting with others and failures in the normal life
