Quantum mechanics implies that the whole of space is filled with 'virtual' particles and antiparticles that are constantly materialising in pairs, separating, and then coming together again and anihalating each other. Their indirect effects can be measured, and their existence has been confirmed by a small shift (the 'Lamb shift') they produce in the spectrum of light from excited hydrogen atoms.
These measured effects conclusively show that something does indeed come from nothing and likewise may return to nothing.
No gods required.

Who believes the universe came from nothing? Even the Big Bang has a singularity at the outset. That is not "nothing." If you posit God the Creator, then you introduce the inevitable "who created God?" question, and you have an infinite regression loop that points to something wrong with this picture.

I haven't got problem with having a "god", but my problem is when they call him "merciful and intelligent god", because I never see evidence of both of these around ,,,,, so big bang can be the god in that case,,,,

Where did awareness come from. Because something goes to another dimension doesn't mean it doesn't exist. It comes back. Awareness is neither created nor destroyed, it just changes to matter. I have a higher reference, me.

if you dont believe earth (A small rock) can come out of a bang
then how do you believe an infinite spirit can come out of nothing.
after all, stars a million times bigger than the sun explode out of invisible massless blackholes all the time.
your reasoning : every creation must have a creator. So who created the creator? That is an infinite circle you can never answer.
