... that would mean that he is complete within himself. He has no needs, and no desires. He is infinite, and lacks nothing.

So why did he create us?

wrong JESUSSAVES omnipotent means all powerful, omnicient means all knowing, omnibenevolent(made up by fundies) means all good, and omnipresent (another made up word) means present in all things.......or always present...

But most fundies agree that god is complete, and the argument is sound....why are we here?

Ok heres what I think. As God being omnipotent he is ALL, everything that has never existed, existed, will exist or dosent exist anywhere. Since he is infinite he is complete with himself, but at the same time he has needs to be filled. He created us to fill that need. Besides God is 1 consience, he was loneley, he wanted others to be with him, that is when he created angels, us, and everything. Apparentley God has emotions too, he gets sad, happy, loneley and angry. Emotions are very powerful and that is one of the gifts God has given us.

Omnipotent means "all power" God is all powerful, but that doesn't mean that He has no desires. God created us to have fellowship with us.

Incorrect - He is indeed omnipotent and "complete" within himself - but that does not mean that He cannot desire to share His goodness and grace with His creation, He desires to share his love and goodness with us!

His nature is one of absolute love - a love that loves to love! A love that loves to share itself!

He created us so that we might be objects and subjects of His love!

god bless
