A) To be immortal, but continue to age and become more and more feeble and dependant on others.

I'd chose B, because what's the quality of life if you can't do anything and have to rely on others and medication.
knowing that it's never going to end and it just keeps getting worse just sounds horrible.

That's a no-brainer. B is far more acceptable. A sounds like a horror story.

B. I don't want to live forever. I already almost died once. It doesn't scare me.
