When girls reach puberty, their hips widen, it is part of the maturing process and helps make childbirth easier later when you are an adult. Some are wider soe are not, but I expect yours are not as wide as you think, but seem wider because of the maturity widening process and also in contrast to your new thinner weight. I wouldn't be concerned though or try to lose more weight. Anorexia nervosa is a real concern for girls your age so please do not get obsessed with being too thin. Anorexia is very dangerous, so I would be content with your weight if I were you.
As for your hips, losing or gaining weight won't change them. They do get wider (a bit) with childbirth sometimes but not narrower in any case. Again, I think it is the shock of puberty widening them after being a little girl and also the contrast to your new waist.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

At 13 120 is a good weight! You don't need to loose anymore! You will Be fine and I am sure you look perfect! What ever you do don't do the salad diet it is not healthy for you because you aren't getting all of the nutrients you need and I don't think you want to end up in the hospital do you? Good Luck Hun!

I don't know how tall you are but at your age 120 sounds like a good weight. As for your hips they will always be that way and unfortunately there's no way you can change that. If you think they make you look fatter you can change the clothes you wear. Search the web for clothes that make you look thinner and you will be surprised! Please don't lose any more weight just because of your hips. Good luck!

That is the way you were born.
Some people are wide hip and some narrow and want wider hips, myself I would like to trade with you, I have no hips and look terrible in everything.I am sure you look wonderful in everything and that is why you should not try to change anything.
You are at a perfect weight and that is all that matters.

Are your hips wide from fatty tissue or bone? (Pinch your hips, if more than 1 1/2 inches of pinching, it could be fat). If it's bone, it will never go away, but don't worry, most guys (when you get older) like bigger hips. If it's fat, try a simple exercise of standing up, feet shoulder-width apart, and twist side-to-side at the waist. Just make sure to eat a well-balanced diet combined with exercise to ensure your best body weight and muscle tone. Remember, the more lean muscle you build, the more fat your body burns by itself.

Your peers can be real ***. I know its is difficult but be strong and confident about yourself. Enjoy being thin and eat healthy like lean meats, vegetables, and fruit and whole milk. No sweets or fake sweets. No beans, No grains like wheat which is almost in everything. You may have a problem with wheat because wheat has glutens and that affects many individuals digestion so they can't get the proper nutrition out of their meals.

yor so lucky i wish i was that weight. Congrats for losing so much weight you should be really proud of yourself. don't lose anymore weight because it may not be healty for you to do so, even if you do u probably won't lose any more inches on your hips. just be happy that you have reached your ideal goal.

i didnt eat for 5 weeks and i became really skinny the perfect weight i wanted to be, i drank water never at anything but salad :)
