Get her to the vet who will probably give her a course of antibiotics.
Our ***** had an infection after her first litter which cleared up really quickly after she started on the antibiotics.
Get her to the vets immediately as the more poorly she becomes the harder it will be for her to feed her pups.
Good luck!

she needs a vet asap, sounds like it could mastitis which is inflammation of the breast, usually due to bacterial infection, some dogs have this when puppies are still drinking from mum. DONT give her paracentmol, as this is dangerous she needs a vet. In the mean time put a fan on and try to keep her cool.
Hopes everything works out ok.
GLAD SHE IS OK

She needs to be at the vet now! Not later, Now! She could have a retained placenta or a retained pup. Sounds like an infection for sure. Get her to the vet now!

No idea whatsoever but you really should be calling your vet, not asking this question here. We don't know what the vet will know! Please get in touch with your vet if you haven't already. You don't want to lose her and leave those pups without a mum.

Get her to a vet right away. If she has a retained pup, placenta or has mastitis you are going to be in for big trouble if you don't. There is obviously some sort of infection going on.
Don't wait. Call the vet and say you are on your way as it's urgent. Don;t wait for an appointment. Time is of the essence.

Phone the vet. I used to breed dogs & I don't like the sound of that! Maybe she has a womb infection or a retained puppy.

She needs to see a vet today. Did you have a sonogram to make sure everything passed ok in birth? Are her udders swollen or red? She needs to see a vet today for antibiotics.
This is very serious. I saw a sow and her entire litter of 9 die one time from a retained fetus. We had a necropsy done, and sepsis had killed them all.
