I know how to do it one at a time, but that's extremely tedious as the file has been accumulating documents, in both word and adobe formats, for about 7 years. I'm also not sure how to gain direct access to the temp file without actually downloading a document.

Type the entire path in the address bar in Explorer

C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\OLK32

Then delete as you normally would. Choose select all (Ctrl+A) then delete all at once.

This is a secure folder for Outlook and it is not visible unless you type it in.
