I am one of the people who opens doors for people and trys to give back to my community I think that being involved is very important I am one of those people whi thinks that without the people around me I would be nothing and it's true if you really think about it!

I always hold the door open it would be rude not to but the last time I held the door open at the bank this man gave me an annoyed look for some reason! lol oh well.

I will hold the door because I hate the people who don't!
I can remember walking up to the bank carrying my 4 month old baby in her car seat, and there was a guy standing in line for the ATM with his arm resting on the door, and he stared at me the whole time I walked up and as I opened the door for myself!
He probably heard me mutter DICK under my breath but at that point I could care less!

I hold the door for others. There are some instances when I hold the door for a man.....and he always says...no after you! and I say...no, after you....role reversal!
I like to hold the door after i've gone through it for people who are behind me. I live in the South, gentleman constantly open doors, and I'm lucky my boyfriend always holds the door for me!

I hold the door. Once, I was at the mall and held the door for a mom struggling with a stroller. She was relieved, and told me that thru all her errands that day, I was the ONLY ONE who held the door. Other people just ignored her struggle! She said I made her day.
My boyfriend always opens doors for me, even the car door. I love it--makes me feel cherished.

Although I avoid folks when I can, I'll hold the door open for others when around them. What goes around, comes around.
