It's "are"; there are two of them (compound subject).
As for whether you need "your" or "my" it depends who's who. If they're the aunt and uncle of only one of the people, then you do. If they're the aunt and uncle of both, you could either say "our" or capitalize "Uncle" and "Aunt", because you'd be using the words as names.
