This is an area that causes problems for Flood-theorists. They usually state that the dinosaur bones we find today are the remains of the dinosaurs that died during the Flood.
But why didn't Noah take any of these dinosaurs on the Ark? The Bible says he took two of EVERY LAND ANIMAL (and if dinosaurs were "clean", seven of each). Dinosaurs surely fit into this category, do they not?

If all the land animals died during the flood, we would expect the fossil record to be a hopelessly jumbled mess, with human bones being mixed up with dinosaur bones and Trilobites. What we actually find is a neatly layered set of strata that appear to be in chronological order, showing the evolutionary development from early, simple creatures up to modern, complex creatures. Also, creatures of approximately similar size, shape and weight should (according to the Creation theory) sink at about the same rate. Why aren't dog skeletons mixed in with Compsognathus? Why aren't elephants mixed in with Stegosaurus? Why isn't pollen mixed all the way through, instead of starting at the strata containing flowers? Could it be that they were not all alive at the same time?
If anyone can explain how this could have happened, I'd be intrigued to find out.
Maybe the small animals all drowned and sank first, while the larger creatures were able to float about a bit before sinking? Can you imagine

There were no animials on Noah`s Ark because:
1. There was no ark.
It was just a story to explain a flood which took place when the rivers Euphrates and Tigris flooded and met together, covering an area of 14 miles by 100 miles.
As this represented the whole `world` to people who lived there, and who did not travel much, they assumed the whole world had been flooded. Whoever wrote the story had got it wrong but decided he or she needed an excuse as to why some animals were saved; and so was born the story of the great flood that never was. Think about millions of animals from elephants to small spiders on the ark. It does not, and cannot make sense. The animals needed to eat, where did all their food come from? They would have eaten each other.
Think: Where did all the water come from? And where did it go? It just could not disappear. There has only ever been so much water in this world, never a drop less, never a drop more, it keeps recycling.
I have been to what was Mesopotamia and seen the flood plain where it occured. I even dug out a 5,000 year-old pot with mud in it - but that proves nothing more than the area in which I found it was the flood plain of the Euphrates and Tigris.
No one will belive this, of course, it`s too boring and mundane and does not encompass any miracles - which do not exist either!

The theory is that just infant dinosaurs were taken on board the Ark so space was not an issue.
More tricky to explain are things like this:
How salt water fish survived when the sea was diluted with many times the amount of fresh water . ( or visa versa if the Noahs water was salt water ) . The bible does not mention fish eggs being taken on board the ark.
Kent Hovind has some entertaining videos about this subject and you can find out more from the Creationist Museum in Kentucky.
But please be aware that the creationist theory goes against all of the scientific evidence currently available. The Court case in Dover , USA, in 2005 refused to allow creationism or intelligent design to be taught in schools because there was no scientific evidence to support the theory. It was simply not science .

People can twist their reasoning a great deal to fit their belief .
If fossils are bones of dinosaurs that died in the flood why aren't there bones of humans, large mammals and flightless birds in the same strata?
If you take every species of land animal currently existing there still would not be room on the ark. Expand that to every land animal that ever existed and it becomes even more ludicrous.

Certanly he took them on the ark, unless they had gone extinct before the flood, but I doubt that. I doubt that he took the largest ones he could find. If dinosaurs were reptiles, as many believe then even small ones are adults, since they continue to grow aslong as they live.
Did you ever figure since reptiles grow as long as they live, if a 100 year old Iguannagrew to be 3 feet long, if it lived before the flood where everything lived about 10 times longer than they do now, it would live 1000 years and would be 10 times bigger than a 100 year old one, it would be 30 feet long. What do you have? A dinosaur!

Accoding to the Bible, yes there were dinosaurs on the Ark.
Given the size of the Ark, there would have been ample room as well. If a cubit is 18 in., the Ark would have a displacement of 20,000 tons and gross tonage of about 14,000 tons. Its carrying capacity equaled that of 522 standard railroad stock cars (each capable of carrying 240 sheep). Only 188 cars would be required to hold 45,000 sheep-sized animals, leaving three trains of 104 cars each for food, Noah's family, and room to roam for the animals. Today there are 17,600 species, making 45,000 a good approximation for the number of animals on the Ark. Thus, there was quite alot of room left, even after the existing species are accounted for.
After the Flood, however, the odds of finding enough food to feed the herd of dinosaurs on a daily basis was unlikely, especially if you consider the probable landing spot on the mountainside of Mt. Ararat.
Folks, like those above, who simply claim there was not enough room have no basis for their argument than feelings. If you really study the Bible, you will see otherwise.

No. The dinosaurs were destroyed before the Adamic age which commences from Genesis 1:2. In other words the dinosaurs perished in the period of time between Genesis 1:1 and Genesis 1:2

You can't take the Bible so literally, a lot was lost in the translation due to the part our language sucks. For instance there are 7 words for love in the Hebrew language for different types of love but we use 1.
It is a theory that it was the great flood that killed the dinasours. People say they are millions of years old but they really have no idea how old, they judge based on what layer of the earth the creature was burried in, there is no true proof.

Yes, lol. I asked jehovahs witnesses this question 3 times, different people. They all gave me the same answer, word for word and it was basically they don't know, they can't explain it. They are always 'we're only human, we don't profess to know everything. There are some things we don't know', then they tell you you're going to die because they KNOW that god only saves witnesses!!
What you've pointed out is completely valid, and shows that noah and his ark, and all the stories, were not real events.
Science shows us what happened. Bible people deny life's history, and deny growth and learning.

Slightly impossible due to: a) dinosaurs dieing out/evolving into avians several million years before even primative man and b) there never being such a flood as the lack of geological evidence will show you.
Btw, the whole concept of "clean" for the 7 of each was the condition that they were ruminants (ie: cows, goats, sheep, etc that "chew the cud") that were already certified as kosher.
