To blame God for the mistakes of mankind is about the same as blaming a parent for every mistake their adult children make. Even if a person is a perfect parent, their child can still choose to do something stupid or wrong. The blame for that decision rest with the child, not the parent. That is one of the reasons why parents are not imprisoned for the actions of their grown children. They are not responsible.
When God created humans beings, he gave them the ability to make moral choices, but also to be responsible for the consequences of those choices. If you go back and read the Bible, the very first thing God says to man in the very first chapter of the Bible is for man to "be fruitful, multiple, and take dominion over the earth". He handed to man the responsibility of running the earth as his steward. So any mistakes made on earth are man's fault, not God's.
When you get into the issue of the Flood, too many people seem to miss the opening verses of Genesis chapter 6. In there it explains that rebellious angels (referred to in the scriptures as the "sons of God") came into the earth and began to mate with human females. The results was a condemnation of the gene pool which would resulted in birth defects, diseases, and threatened to end the human species.
The only family that God was able to find that was not polluted with defected genes (and also morally obedient to him) was that of Noah. The Hebrew word used when it says Noah was "perfect" in the eyes of the Lord refers to being disease free. So in order to save the human species, and end the birth defects and disease, God removed all of those who carried the genes through the flood. That was a good thing (or are you in favor of deformed children and genetic diseases?)
Are you aware that the book of 1 Peters chapter 3 says that in between his death and resurrection that Jesus when into Hades and preached specifically to those people who had been destroyed in the flood? (Read it some time). Because God had taken extreme measures that ends their lives early, they were given a special chance to hear the Gospel and even after death given a chance to believe and be saved. So they were spared the suffering of their diseases and given a special opportunity for salvation and heaven. And the spread of the diseases was ended forever. How is God "at blame" in all of that?
Unlike man, God is all-knowing. It sees beyond our ability, and knows what is exactly the right thing to do to bring the best results for the largest number of people (and each individual). We from our limited prespectives too often can not see his perfect plan and so can end up rying to "blame" God when there is nothing to "blame".
The real question should be why are we trying to blame God for our mistakes?

God is wisest of all and doesn't make mistakes. It is bad to say such a thing. Your statement seems to say that human race was heavy populated on earth and God destroyed it all. That's not true. It was a small population then. Noah preached them over 900 years but they all disobeyed Noah and God's commands. He got tired of them and said to God that he has no hope that even the offspring of these people will ever have any good in them. So God decided to save Noah and only the few good people amongst them and destroy all that lived in that city including Noah's own one son and his wife who disobeyed Noah constantly.
God started populating the earth from the off springs of these good people saved in that boat of Noah.

God does not blame anyone. Man has taken himself to the place of self defeat. Man just choose to walk without God, or Truth or Love, however you discribe Him. If you walk without that part of yourself today you will error too. It is no big mystery that man has been playing with a consciousness that doesn't go quite to the top floor. Just look at war alone, how stupid is that? We all live on this big ball together and in our pea-brain mentality we think we own something. Foolishess. You can still walk with God today and be in a completeley different state of mind. You have to surrender who you think you are and let God replace it with who He knows you are. I guess when it gets bad enough and you are out of resources you will? It is a wonderful World where I live. If you complain about a problem you should be willing to listen to the solution.

If you are asking about the flood, I think it had something to do with GOD's disappointment in Man - and HIS righteous anger at Man's evil nature and continual sin.
HE still wanted Man to be a creature of free will, I think knowing that love, worship and obedience that was somehow to be pre-programmed into our DNA would not be given freely and was therefore really not worth very much.
But HE was very disappointed that Man was not choosing HIM but rather choosing to pursue his own selfish lusts and desires.
GOD's righteous anger is a good lesson for you. HE is way more Holy and Just as described in the BIBLE, than HE is loving and merciful.
And if I were in your shoes today, I would be scared to death - literally.

God does not make mistakes so He needs to blame no one. In the beginning He created everything and it was perfect. Adam and Eve lived in perfect harmony with God until Satan told his lies so well to them that they disobeyed God's one rule to not eat of the fruit of the tree of good and evil and in this one act of rebellion brought sin and its consequence of death into the world.

Perhaps you could be a bit more specific with the charge you are leveling. What mistakes? By the way, you've got a "mistake" in your question. There's a couple of typos.
