Can you hear Spirits?

I have been going to a Spiritualist church for a few months now, and on 2 occasions i have heard a baby crying and a man talking, although i couldnt make out what he was saying. I was the only one who heard these sounds at the time. There are many 'mediums' at the church but im not one of them, i dont think, lol. Has anyone else experienced this without being 'psychic'?

FAO Sliverof..... who would love to go to church. I am in the UK, and go to a church in Durham. I love it. I dont know if there is any way of emailing other members on here as i have only just joined yahoo answers but if you know of a way, that would be great.

It sounds as though you could be clairaudient - when you can hear spirits. Clairvoyant is when you can see them and clairsentient is when you can feel them around you.

You should have a chat with one of the mediums and see what they think - maybe you could even develop your skills.

I wish you could email me about this as I believe in spiritualist churches and wish one was here in Kansas. My life was saved by something that would not let my phone call get through to my mom the day she waited to hear from me and when she didn't she left for the store by herself and was killed by a drunk driver. I could have been in that car too. We have intuition and gut instincts for a reason and not all that is powerful and real can be seen. I wish I knew what church you were going to because I would like to go. Many blessings. Trust your instincts. I could tell you many true situations that saved my life but this section is too small. I have many questions about your spiritualist church and am envious.
