Send our Jehovah's Witnesses to knock on there doors to convert them to a different religion?

Ok, or maybe we should just all convert to Muslim. ;-)

So you believe people who have committed gross crimes against humanity should not be punished but should be converted to Jehovah's witnesses?
I was right when I commented before. Christianity will, if taken on this path, will go down in history as having not only created wars but also aided and abetted crimes and criminals.
Try to save yourself, not the criminals. They have committed more heinous crimes than Hitler.

No it would not work. Jehovah's Witnesses recognize that peace will come only from the Prince of Peace, Jesus Christ.
However, you may be onto something in that if they were Jehovah's Witnesses, they would not be involved in warfare. Jehovah's Witnesses, like first century Christians, do not become involved in carnal warfare. Even in the Middle East, Jehovah's Witnesses - comprised of both Jews and Palestinians - not only reject carnal warfare, but as Witnesses, they worship together the Most High God. So while they cannot bring peace, they certainly leave a sterling example to imitate.

Interesting idea. Honestly, there are Witnesses in "the Middle East" so that hasn't yet ended hostilities. I do think that if ALL people followed the basic tenants of my faith, I am a Witness, there wouldn't be wars, but then honestly, if people followed the most basic tenants of most faiths, then there wouldn't be killing.

Well hasn't worked here so probably not. It would give them another religion to persecute in some of those countries.

No. I'd say the way to end the wars in the Middle East are to threaten to wrap any instigators of violence in pigskin and bury them. They believe they will go to hell if wrapped in pigskin.
