I sort of felt silly posting this question, but I just haven't been able to "shake" this "feeling" and I hoped I've been supportive enough for ya'll in my visits here to ask for a little support in return...thank you !

Many things can bring this on, look at the world around us! Look at Paul when he was blinded..after he accepted Jesus, Jonah, Job,Joseph just after Mary returns to him after being gone 3 months returning 3 months pregnant (remember what Joesph did?) they all had uneasiness. How do you think John felt when he was on the Isle of Patmos; God was showing him the end of the world stuff he never saw before, Helicopters, tanks, ect and God was giving him words he would understand, yet it must have been REALY UNEASY taking it all in. Many Bible verses address this; Romans 15:13-15,Now the God of hope fill you....may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost....putting you in mind(as Paul thought of them-as we think of others)because of the Grace that is given to me of God...Remember Grace= Gods Riches at Christ Expense...Jesus The Christ paid the penalty of our sin for us then the Holy Ghost stamped us Paid in full. Through many ways the Holy Ghost speaks to us...uneasy feeling..remembering something, something said by someone...Ephesians 5:14-21 redeeming the time, because the days are evil.....not your own understanding but Gods....Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our LORD Jesus the Christ; Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear(respect) of God. Lastly Tim1:7 For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power and of love and of a SOUND MIND... Give the uneasiness over to God asking for wisdom and guides. If you look at the real Lords Prayer in John 17:1-26 Note the uneasiness of Jesus Himself. What does he do? Prays to God the Father, say God, glorify me....(let me be used by you to let others Know who You really are....Then he prays for those believers with Him and those scattered about that they too will being glory to God....and he prays for the unbeliever and those who were going to take Him and place Him on the cross. Talk about uneasy feelings… He cried out I will do what you want me to, but if there is any other way let this cup pass...not My (Jesus’) will but God the Fathers way... So with Faith believe on Christ and His whole purpose and ask to be use, ask what is the uneasiness for God, let me understand... let me be used by you! Help me not be afraid, remove the sprit of fear and Grant me the Sprit of Power..

Feeling Of Uneasiness

Fear can cause uneasy feeling or sin.

If you have that uneasy feeling you are in the right shape because your conscience is working, that is God is interacting with you.

You will soon get rid of this by obtaining forgiveness from God.

I personally hope he is not our next president. I think he is a great speaker, very charismatic, and a good communicator but I worry about his foreign policy. Iran is trying to get nuclear weapons, Russia is helping them, and China is becoming friends with Russia. I am concerned about how Islamic countries would deal with someone who has denounced Islam and is now a Christian. I do not know much about him other than that, but I think that is going to be a very big problem for the next president and I don't know if Obama will be able to lead the country in this particular area.

Psychological feedback.

You feel uneasy because you think you do.
If you can convince yourself that you don't feel uneasy at all and it is just your imagination.... then you won't feel uneasy any more.

You have a lot more control over your body and mind than you give yourself credit for.

I sometimes have this, when something bad is about to happen, intuition..... Perhaps your Guide is warning you.
It could be other things as well.

"Rejoice in the Lord always; again I will say, Rejoice ... Do not worry about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:4, 6-7

You need to examine yourself - Is there sin in your life? Have you confessed it to God? Is there something God is asking you to do and you are refusing to do it? Have you done something to someone else and you need to go to them and ask forgiveness?

Or perhaps there is a Bible verse that is upsetting you... have you prayed about it? asked god to help you?

Your uneasy feeling could be anything - just make sure that your relationship to God is what it should be.

Read 1 John 1:9 ! He forgives as we confess!

god bless

Psalm 91 and Psalm 23 are my favorites in times like that. I also like to imagine a blue light around me. That is very relaxing. Sometimes I like to imagine the ocean, if you can go to the beach and see the ocean would be wonderful. Sometimes I just picture Jesus around me, putting His hands over my head and blessing me. I see myself in Virgin Mary's arms... it is the most comforting feeling... When I am depressed or anxious, picturing things in my mind works better than speaking words of prayer.

If you want to talk, email me...

Peace!

Sometimes I feel that way after I've had a bad dream.
I don't remember the verse, but we are told that we are the apple of God's eyes.

Psalm 91 is very comforting to me.

I hope you feel more at ease.

We live in a world in which many, if not most, people are engulfed with fear and anxiety. Some fear the future; they’re anxious about what’s going to happen. Others fear the past and they’re anxious about what has happened. And still others fear even the present, anxiety has gripped their souls and they cannot imagine how they can cope with the ugliness of present circumstances in their lives. Thousands of people each day wake up with untold burdens to bear and anxiety with which they must deal. Are you one of these? Bearing secretly a heavy burden?

The question then becomes, “How does God want me to respond to the anxiety in my life?” Well, like all the great questions of life, Scripture affords us an answer. This time it comes from the life of David. David says, by way of example, in Psalm 23, that there is a constructive, God-honoring way to respond to anxiety in our lives. He says that we should trust God as the good and faithful Shepherd and rejoice in His grace. Now, it must be said that responding to God in this way will not necessarily solve your financial problems, but God will provide confidence as to what He’s doing in your life. He will convince you, as He did David, that it is He who is leading your life, He is the One who is in control of all the details and circumstances. This will lead to greater peace and a knowledge that “we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose.”

Psalm 23
A psalm of David.

23:1 The Lord is my shepherd,
I lack nothing.

23:2 He takes me to lush pastures,
he leads me to refreshing water.

23:3 He restores my strength.
He leads me down the right paths
for the sake of his reputation.

23:4 Even when I must walk through the darkest valley,
I fear no danger,
for you are with me;
your rod and your staff reassure me.

23:5 You prepare a feast before me
in plain sight of my enemies.
You refresh my head with oil;
my cup is completely full.

23:6 Surely your goodness and faithfulness will pursue me all my days,
and I will live in the Lord’s house for the rest of my life.

Feel better and God Bless !
Hugs,
