i live an apartment complex where the family in the apartment behind mine recently had to move out ASAP because of mold; my daughter and i both have been having really bad allergies and coughing along with sore thraot..could the mold be a reason or factor here? I REALLY need to know becasue my daughter is asthmatic.

See a doctor Quick and get out of the place where the mold is. There is a long and deadly list of problems from mold.

And it can be removed, but it takes professionals. Not something you can do with a bottle of bleach.

You can actualy have bleach in the walls of your residence and not even know it without a test from a professional or a professional kit, which is avalible to the public.

A mold is not a strep. A mold is a mold. A strep is a bacteria. Molds can trigger asthmatic attacks, allergies. A strep can cause sore throat. Allergies or asthma attacks due to molds can decrease the bodys resistance and caused secondary bacterial infection by strep.

you and your daughter need to find another place to live as well. Mold like that is almost impossible to irradicate, and it is terrible for asthmatics. I have no doubt that the mold problem in your building is causing your symptoms. With that in mind you should be able to get out of any rental agreement.
