I'll try anything atleast once. You never know if you like or dislike something unless you try it. You never know, I might have already eaten half of what you said while eating Chinese food from around the corner. lol.

Pig Intestines Food

Intestines? Well, consider the fact that sausage casings are made from intestines. Something to keep in mind next time you order a plate of sausage 'n peppers.

Chicken feet are yummy. I don't get it why people are grossed out by them. They make the greatest chicken soup.

I don't know whether veal tongue is exotic enough, but I love it. Smoked is best, but boiled and peeled is also good.

While dining with my parents at an authentic Chinese restaurant, I ate congealed pig blood. It had been set, then sliced and added to soup. My parents ate it too. They whole time they thought they were eating liver.

Hmmm. Im a kid from Hong Kong, so quite open to most cultures. Snake, pigs' intestines, and chicken feet are served here, though they usually look more appetizing than they sound. They usually aren't eaten plain - snake soup, marinated, processed, chicken feet are quite common. Though sometimes I'm abit squeemish about the hygiene and all that.

Here's what I've had in the US.
Pig intestines (aka chitterlings) in the South.
Chicken feet in Dim Sum.
Alligator in New Orleans.
Snake in Texas.

I have not had cricket or belot (balut?). Maybe just to try it once, but no desire to go searching for it.

BTW, if you ever had Italian sausage, sausage links or old-fashioned hot dogs with the skin on... that's cleaned out pig intestine you're eating.

I have chicken feet and need them for walking, if you don't mind.

Its a bit of a strange mindset when people say they wont eat the things you mention but most ( majority, not all ) people will eat mechanically recovered meat in burgers, hotdogs, nuggets etc.

Why is that ? Why would people be happy to eat bovine nasal waste, urninary tracts, ear wax, ear lobes, nostrals etc but not chickens legs.

Is it just because people can't "see" what goes into some mechanically recovered meat. I guess by the time its finished its processing it all looks uniform and clean.

I've done a fair bit of travel so....

chicken feet (my Chinese roomate in college)
crocodile (in a Florida bar)
pigs intestine (cooked at my table in japan)
live shrimp (in a salad in Thailand)
spiced raw ground beef (that was gross in a restaurant in Thailand)

none of it I really care to eat again.

Pig stomach stuffed with pork or ham and diced potatoes looks like a football after it's baked. Just slice it into inch or half-inch rings and serve with the scooped-up insides.

Beef heart is still one of my favorites.

I no longer eat brains, because the irresponsible capitalists who stole the agricultural profession from more ethical farmers gave us Mad Cow disease to contend with through their ill-conceived cheapness.

Kidneys taste good, but the house smells funny from cooking them, no matter how often you change the water they're soaking in.

I love scrapple and liver pudding! Also souse, head cheese, blood&tongue loaf, and pickled tripe.

I already mentioned tongue, but it has to be beef. One time I bought veal tongue because it was on sale, and it tasted more like chicken than like ham or corned beef. If I want chicken, I'll eat frogs legs or rabbit, which taste more like chicken should than chicken does!

When I was 16 or 17 and working in a restaurant, my boss offered me some fried chitlins. They were good, but in France, I learned a lesson not to order chitterling sausage, which has the taste and texture of what it is!
