I heard a guy on the radio talking about a fruit diets about a week ago. He was talking about vitimin consumption and some other stuff. It sounded pretty intresting and i wanted to learn a bit more,

yes, it's called a fruitarian and it can be superrrr healthy if done correctly, read about it and learn everything about it before you start that lifestyle..

I have not for my part attempted it however I've heard of persons that hav it is not going to aid u free weight with the entire sugars n fruit and u are not able to get so much if any protien and culmination are fairly acidic and if u devour most effective fruit it will severely harm your teeth anamul (sorry I are not able to spell that competently) however even for only a month that nutrition will more often than not do extra damage then whatever. In South India elderly Hindus(now it has become a "Fashion" among teen agers and middle aged women who want to keep their body slim) on many religious days(at least 35 days in a year-10%-) they eat only 2-3 Raw FRUITS(Banana,Mango,Pear,Orange,Apple only for Night meals--they call it as Phala(Fruit) Aahaaram(Meal) Fruits are rich in vitamins,-minerals-Enzymes,crude fibre ensures free bowl movements(No constipation)-contains enough carbohydrates for energy.Fat Free-There is no need to include protein in every meal.

well, although fruits are delicious....you definately would need to incorperate veggies as well. you also need a sourse of protien
