The melting ice cubes to give flavor has been used for years. People freeze tea, coffee and fruit punch to use to ice down the different drinks. This is not a food product, but I think if someone came up with zero calories in sodas, they ought to find a way to come up with zero calories in alcohol. I'd give them a high five!!!. I don't have the brains to come up with something new.

I take my fresh herbs and put them in an ice cube tray, then I pour a little water or usually olive oil over it. Freeze them and the ziploc baggie them. They are perfect to throw in soup for a hit of extra flavor and you don't waste those pricey herbs.
