I believe the Arbor Day Foundation and American Forests might be able to help you out or have links to those resources (I've listed them below).

I'd also check with your state's Department of Natural resources. They are very helpful in responding to regional and local queries about area flora and fauna.

Your question is impossible to answer without listing every species of amphibian - because every species has a different species name, every genus has a different genus name, etc.

Wikipedia, or web search anyone of the criteria you are looking for you will usually find a good source. Any local nursery would have info as well.
