I had a brief flirtation with cigs a very time ago. Then I started realising that I loved my lungs too much, and that there was nothing to compare with the ability to get up in the morning without hacking and coughing, go outside and take a loooooong eeeeeeasy deeeeep breath of fresh morning air. Every time I do that I still think how great it is, and wonder why in the world anyone is still burning up their money on those poisonous things.

I smoke. I wish I didn't. I've tried the gum, lozenges, pills... None worked. I saw a commercial about an accupressure magnet you stick on your ear.... Maybe I'll try that next. After that, maybe I will try accupuncture. I wish I had never started... but it was 12 years ago....
