You should ask your doctor since they are very strong pills when I used them I got a really fast heart beat.

I would check with your doctors office. Quite often over the counter products cause side effects or do not work well with other medications that you are taking. I realize that you want to lose weight to help with your heart problems, but sometimes only the old fashioned way of cutting back on calories and increasing exercise is the way to do it.

I would strongly suggest you do not until you talk to your doctor. some of those diet pills can make your heart rate go very fast.
