I wear 2 thermal vests and 2 or 3 jumpers to work indoors, and then an extra fleece at home.

Its only me that feels the cold, its not that we need to turn the heating on!! Im not skinny either so its not down to a lack of body fat to keep me warm.

How can I feel warmer from the inside? Any suggestions please?

I have the same problem, but I'm also not really skinny so also can't blame it on a lack of body fat...Roughly ho much exercise would you say you do? And what's your diet like? A low metabolism can lead to feeling cold a lot of the time, as the heat your body produces expending energy in even simple day to day tasks is significantly less than a person with a high metabolism will be. Try and raise your metabolism even a little by going for a brisk 20 min walk a day and eat high protein foods to help with muscle development.

Wear socks and wear a hat, as that is wear you feel the cold most, if those parts are warm you will feel warm.

You may have bad circulation this could also make you feel very cold. Take up some exercise a few times a week, this will help.

do you feel ok? I think that certain medical things can make you feel cold. Anaemia, thyroid? If its any consolation - I am also cold but so is the weather here in Scotland today
