I would wait with the cuddling until you have got some hand holding experience. Slow down, and take your time. When you and she are walking together, get close enough that your hands touch, and just reach naturally and grasp her hand gently. If she does not pull her hand away, you know she is ready and willing to touch you. When you sit down at a table and her hand is on the table, reach over and cover her hand with yours. If she does not pull her hand away, you will soon be holding hands. Gradually, as you become closer, she will allow you more touching such as putting your arm around her shoulder or waist while you walk together. When you sit on a sofa, and she is willing, when you have your arm around her shoulder, and if she puts her head onto your shoulder, soon you will be up to "cuddling".

The fastest way to get into hugs/cuddles is start with small friendly fights by tickling, hitting gently etc and soon you will start comfortable physically.

2) reach out and put your arms around her
3) bring her close and snuggle in
hold hands with her whenever you feel like it.

you shouldn't think about it before you catch her hand or hug or.., it must be done naturally while talking to her just put your hand around her neck gently catch her hand and look to her fingers givings some compliments like nice fingers nice collers nice shape even if thay are not,
dont ask her for doing somthink like dont ask her (can i hold your hand? or can i give you a hug? or can i kiss you ?) just do it when you fill like to do it but you have to know your limitts and her reactions also.

it will all come naturally to u 2 ask her next time u see her come here gimme a hug and she will then wen ur walkin with her take her hand or i like to put my hand around her and as for a peak you will no when to as she will give you hints and listen to everyword she says and enjoy your relationship its exciting and scary but good luck
