The bank can only give out your details to law enforcement agencies. Even then only under very strict circumstances

If the crooks are quite astute they hooked up a fake organization, advertise on amazon, pay themselves for a non-existent product (so supply handle does no longer matter) and disappear having used a mail field deal with and pay-as-you-go throw-away telephone and most often some mug with a bank account to set all of it up. There are new regs in London which require mailbox suppliers to keep a record of the actual tackle of their customers however no nationally as but so it can be inconceivable to hint them

A short answer is yes they can. The police can get all your bank details with a court order which no bank can ignore. How do you think they catsch the perverts who download child pornography. It is because these sados have to give their credit card details before they can download this disgusting material.

Yes.Even if you have cancelled the card still data will be with card issueing bank/authority.Cancelled card data is required to check fake cards. At the time of issueing of card they might have verified address and anticidents. No escape from credit cards unless you escape to some African country and remain in exile.

Yes the bank only needs a warrant. Plus if they want to know who you are they can go back to the places you have used your card and look at videos from surveillance cameras.

As I said before, they can and will trace you. As fare evasion is a crime, you will no doubt recieve a summons to appear before a Magistrates' Court.

If you still have the ticket, I suggest that you pay it off. That is the only legitimate avenue open to you

Hunny, they can trace you practically from your supermarket till slip these days! I read somewhere that banks can be subpoenaed to give your details under certain circumstances.

Yes, they can.

You've also opened yourself up to a charge of attempting to pervert the course of justice by knowingly giving false details.

Ooooops
