I am British, and I say Britain does! Real Cadbury's dairy milk is pretty good, but my favourite is Galaxy chocolate, so creamy and delicious! Or if you prefer, Bournville dark chocolate. With British chocolate, you really can't go wrong! Although I like Belgian chocolate also.

Well...most people say Belgium, but I think Sweden. Their chocolate is sooo good...and I HATE chocolate!
