I'm not sure how to make it because i've never made potato wedges before.

Herby Roasted Potato Wedges

INGREDIENTS
5 large potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
In a large bowl, toss potato wedges with oil. Arrange in a single layer in a roasting pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley, thyme, oregano, salt and pepper. Bake for 10 minutes, or until golden brown.


BBQ Coating

INGREDIENTS
675 g (1 1/2 lbs) potatoes, cut into wedges
1 tbs oil
2 tsp Schwartz American Barbecue Simply Shake Seasoning or
1 packet Schwartz Crunchy Oven Bake Coatings for Potato Wedges

DIRECTIONS
Mix the potato wedges with the oil and sprinkle over the American Barbecue Seasoning. Place on a pre-heated baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes turning once during cooking.

I've always just used flour mix into it whatever herbs and spices I feel like.
