If you're using this phrase as you serve the food then '¡Que aproveche!' is the best choice. More generally '¡disfrute (for you formal) de la comida!' would do.

I agree with kiki "buen provecho" is the phrase used in Spanish for that

"Espero que disfrute su comida" - I expect that you will enjoy your food. Not quite word for word but the same meaning. I expect that you will be serving someone their food, so this is very appropriate.
