Please don't do what you suggest! Cut out the junk foods and packaged foods (fats and salts and sugars hide in these), and eat more fresh fruit and veg, especially as snacks. Cut out completely diet soda, coffee, and less healthy options, and opt for herbal teas and, especially, lots of water.
Also, the hunger signal is often really your brain telling you that you're really thirsty. Drink water when you're hungry, and you may find that you have fewer food cravings and lessened hunger. Also, eat more salads, and use healthy dressings (skip the Ranch). Read food labels, and look for ingredients that are hiding as fats and sugars. Make this an opportunity to educate yourself about what you're putting into your body.
Another thing: Taking a brisk walk for about half an hour before eating will help your digestion, and increase your metabolism. It'll also work wonders on your legs and thighs.
One last thing: No late night snacks. Drink an herbal mint tea instead, as it will also help you feel sleepy.
Best of luck . . .

If you try eating to catch up what you didn't all day, you may not lose any weight. If you eat a small meal, you could lose weight. After you fast all day, you should break your fast with something that you digest easily, like soup, not with a big meal. Actually eating a big meal after fast can induce some health problems, such as diahrrea, stomuch cramps, etc.
I suggest you don't eat any meal at all for that whole day and sleep empty stomuch- you won't feel it and you will be able to sleep- you may drink a little water, that's it. By now you should have lost st least 1000 calories. The next morning you will feel very rested and your whole body feels fresh. Then you break your fast with some juice. Wait for at least 2 hours, then eat a light breakfast. Now your system will be naturally ready for a good lunch or dinner. Good Luck.

DONT DO THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! first If you get less than 1200 calories in a day your body will sense famine and instead of burning fat for it's energy will horde fat bodies and take it from the protien in your muscles. You'll lose muscle mass and for every lb you lose you'll burn 60 calories less a day. Not only that you'll just shutdown your metabolsm so the food you do take at once, alot of it will turn to fat especially if it's unhealthy. If you just love McD's then the only way to lose fat is to run your a** off! and get alot of cardio.
I love that kinda food too but if you want to lose weight you have to eat leaner and get exercise theirs no way around it =|
But once you start eating healthier and geting exercise it becomes really easy. You'll actually want to go running and you'll stop craving unhealthy foods. You have to get a good streak though. Don't cheat or you'll crave what you cheated with.

confident. you certainly choose better than that an afternoon. in case you have in basic terms a million meal an afternoon, you decelerate your metabolism lots, and your physique has hardship burning something you consume. I understand that your metabolism does decelerate as you strengthen older, yet rather, attempt to take it sluggish to have greater nutrients. a sturdy thought may well be to locate time for 5-6 small nutrients, somewhat of two-3 enormous ones an afternoon. (I wager you have heard this a million cases until eventually now). So... perchance this might artwork. Breakfast - some thing with protein Morning tea - fruit? Lunch Afternoon tea - some thing with milk perchance Dinner (night-time snack - an hour until eventually now you sleep) Oh... and drink somewhat some WATER

you will not necessarily lose weight depending on how late you eat the unhealthy dinner. If you eat too late and then go to bed on a full stomach you will gain weight for sure. It is better to eat Early in the day so you have plenty of time to get your metabolism stimulated before going to bed and absorbing all those calories.

you lose weight, muscle weight but the fats are still in ur body. Ur body knows ur starving yourself so it will onli burn away ur muscles storing fats for future use. Running means fast heartbeat, means ur body looks for carbohydrates instead of fats.
This means before u really lose lots of fats, you will become too unhealthy and weak.

No, you will store it as fat, plus you will probably have a heart attack or other organ failure from lack of nutrition.
