I constantly battle with my own conscience. Sometimes I'll feel really down and then I'll seem to have a conversation with myself in my head. All I hear are negative things like 'you're no good' and 'the world is better off without you.' A few times I literally punched myself on both sides of my head. Yeah, that didn't work, but I will say for myself I can punch pretty hard. I'm not on any type of meds and I don't drink or do drugs. I'm pretty stubborn and won't go see a doctor because I'm afraid I will get put on meds and I don't want that.

I think you sound pretty normal for the most part. Lots of people have conversations in their heads. I sometimes get "you're not good enough," I don't know why. I have been diagnosed as suffering from depression and am on a low dose of antidepressant. I feel better on it and have a better outlook on life for taking it. I think you sound depressed and are trying to overcome it with aggression. You do sound stubborn and tough. I think you need to see a doctor or at least a therapist who can help you to see that you need a doctor. Depression a lot of times is caused by a chemical imbalance. Most anti-depressants aren't addictive, they will help balance you. They don't make you high or weird, they just help you overcome bad feelings.

I do that. I try to make myself busy and involved with things - read, work on the computer, go out to shops and look at stuff etc. Sounds like you are worse than me. See a Dr. You don't have to take drugs - if suggested you can refuse if you want to - and explain why. May be they will offer counseling and cognitive therapy. You have nothing to lose by doing this. Half the battle your fighting is over. Now that your aware that something may be wrong, this is the first step towards the help you need.
In today’s day and age, pop culture is sick, and lacks the moral fortitude to support a healthy psyche. To make matters worse, there are principalities and powers that exist all around us that are trying to influence who and what we do for their own benefit.
Find your own identity. Knowing who you are, and why you’re here, is very important to avoid the confusion your mind experiences.

Your desire to not want medication is commendable. I’ve seen to many friends and relatives get much worse from using medications to help their supposed mental problems.
I don’t think you’ll find this next part very fun, but I think it is necessary. Sometimes another spirit can invade your body. This is called a walk-in. One way you can determine if this may be the problem is simple. You’ll need a tape recorder with a fresh unused tape to record on. Or you can use a IC recorder, one of those digital integrated chip recorders. Then go somewhere where you wont be disturbed, and where your sure not to hear any other voices. You will need a little background noise to do this. Running water, a fan, or mild traffic noise. Then start the recorder and say this out loud while keeping the recorder close to your heart.
“If there is someone with me now, please try to speak and tell me who you are. I can hear you with this device.” Then wait for about 20 seconds and turn off the recorder. Rewind and review the recording. Listen very carefully with the volume turned up loud or with headphones on. If there is an entity in you, it’s voice may not be recognized as human. It could be very low pitched, fast, and or just a few clicks. It can also sound like a very soft slow whisper. Remember these entities don’t have vocal cords like you and I do, and will only be able to formulate words by using the energy in the ambient noise around you.
Try recording a few different times, be polite in your request for them to talk to you. Ask them what they want. If they need help. If the voices you get sound angry, or use foul language stop all further communication. Never do what they ask you to do. And if you do get a reply you can’t understand, contact me. Contact me for further instructions and or analysis of your recordings. In the mean time don’t reply to the voices in your head. Just ignore them and what they are telling you. After a while they will think you can’t hear them any longer and will be quiet. It’s really important that you don’t fear them. They feed on fear and can use the energy of fear to further torment you. There is no reason to fear them, or what they say. They can’t hurt you, if you don’t believe in, or act on their lies. There are many of these beings all around us all the time. They are part of our natural world. Learning to understand them, is being able to control them and how they effect you. I have a lot of personal research in this subject and hundreds of hours of recordings with an entity that has attached itself to me over 6 years ago now.

Technically, that's called "negative self-talk". Check out Dennis Greenberger and Christine Padesky's book Mind Over Mood--it's got a lot about that as well as ways to deal with it.

take it easy on yourself.
everyone is important.
i suggest reading books and not watching tv.
you decide what to think about.
negativaty attracts negativaty.
find something you enjoy doing and do it.
watch a bird-they don't have petty human problems, there just living life. life is good if you want it to be.
focus on good things.

Depression, Tension & Increase of will-power.



Increasing the will-power : Our mind has a great effect on these glands. For example, continuous fear damages the Pituitary gland and makes one timid. Similarly,tension and worry disturb the Pineal gland and so leads to high B.P. and as Pineal gland controls other glands it also disturbs other glands and digestive system. In modern times, strees-tension or worry-fear have increased and they often disturb these endocrine glands. If these endocrine glands are not treated immediately, it might lead to malfunctioning of other glands of the body. As these glands are interrelated, whenever one gland is disturbed, the other glands also get disturbed. (2) Clasp your hands tightly interlocking the fingers. Then with left hand fingers press on the back of the right hand and then with right hand fingers, press on the back of the left hand. repeat for about 1 to 2 minutes, 3 to 4 times a day.

(3) Insomnia : The above mentioned treatment can be taken for 5 to 12 minutes at night in bed to ensure good sleep and cure insomnia.

(4) Take 2 glasess of gold/silver/copper charged water reduced from 8 glasses of water daily.

(5) Kali Phos 1 m (a Biochemic medicine) : Take 8 pills in the eveining between 8 to 9 p.m. for 10 days, then once a week. After 10 days Kali Phos 12 x 4+4 pills every day. Complete course is of 45 days.

Try to control your self think of positive things dont think of negative things of course that happens to everyone it also happend to me once. but you have to keep your self happy do things that make you happy its nothing of big deal:]
