There is a difference in the sence that when you like a girl, you can simply render an assistance to her, you can simply visit her and have affection for her but not to an intimate level. When you love a girl, her thoughts is all over you, you go extral mile to see that she is happy, you do any thing possible within your reach to ensure that she is happy at all time. That is when the need to intimacy comes into play. you will never see her being hurt in any means, her pains and trouble are yours. You expression and attitude toward her smells love and care.

Like... well you would see the people and whether you like it or not. Temporary. Impulsive. can be long term or long term. You like your new shoe because they are new or you like the model or it is comfort at that time. but somehow if they are broken or something like that...somehow you have to throw it away.
Love...above what you have been thinking in life. no hurt even you feel pain. everlasting and still love them though may be you do not have any other reason no more to love him/her.So perfect what love is...so whenever this world define what love is till the end of this world... never enough....because the world try to make it perfect as much as they can. Something that you can not see it...but can change the world.

Lust- when we like the way you look and would like to date, jump through hoops, so on and so forth, to get some action. Love- when we jump through the said same hoops and such because we truely care for a person. It might start as lust but when we begin to have feelings of fondness for more than just her looks, if we actually like being with her and would do anything to stay with her and keep her safe, that is love.

It means respect for yourself and for your partner. Being friends forever and communicating with each other. Dont get physical if you have no intentions of marriage. Dont ruin other peoples feelings and life and play the fool. Get serious.
