You can sometimes feel depressed when you have aches and pains which could be caused by a virus.Mild depression can make you feel a bit down,There are two types of depression .
One is situational depression As the name suggests its the situation that causes it,worries about money,a death of a loved one etc.
The other is a chemical imbalance in the brain which may need medical attention.

You need to visit your doctor for a chat to determine which depression you have,You may need a short course of treatment to make you feel better.

take care
