Definitely feeling the pleasure from soaking in the rewards of my hard work. Sometimes it takes weeks or months [sometimes years, but I haven't ever had that problem...] to finally get a piece down and the way you want it. It's amazing when you finally get to just play your piece, not having to worry about screwing it up because it is just the way you want it. It's also nice when you get to play with others. Musical collaboration is a gift that few people possess. I love it! There are so many other things about music that I love and enjoy, but this just gives an overall summary.

sounds like you have a homework assignment here! As I always say:
DO YOUR OWN HOMEWORK.
In this case, it seems that you have been asked to interview a musician about their vocation/avocation. You would do better to find a single person and ask them these questions rather than ask here where you'll get a different viewpoint for each question.

Well, I'm a flautist, and my favourite part is when I am playing a beautiful piece, I can close my eyes and just flow with the music.
(My current favourite piece is "Kiss The Rain". It's stunning.)

Performing. I love being in front of a crowd and playing my instrument. It's so exciting to hear them cheer and comment after you're done.
