yess. it might sound easy....but its pretty hard to stick with. All you have to do is eat small meal portions through the whole day.

For example, eat half of your sandwhich now...and eat the rest in 2 hours.

thats one way of boosting up your metabolism.

And ofcourse....stating the obvious....consistent work-out plan.

....thats the right thing to do. Or you can always try diet pills that help boost ur metabolism....but i dont recommend it.

-good luck =]

If you eat 5 to 6 smaller meals a day, it will help you. Protien with your breakfast will help you keep going (one egg, a little peanutbutter, etc). Also try to eat every 3 to 4 hours, but eat no later than 8pm. Have a decent breakfast, then snack on veggies 3 hours later and have a bottle of water, have lunch... then fruit 3 hours later... then your dinner.
That should help.

Dont forget that you need to exercise too.

You can speed it up by eating regularly.

Muscle well and trully increases it.

There are natural occuring minerals that also help speed it up. Just can't think of any off my head. I would have to look them up in my Nursing book.
