they aren't. when you reward criminal illegals with amnesty. you just get more showing up looking for the same which is something that's not theirs to have

They would work if the Gov & States enforced them> And the Dem's didn't try change it for the illegals>

Our immigration policies are working fine.
It's the illegal alien invasion that's the problem.
Secure the borders.
Enforces our laws (prosecute those hiring illegal aliens).
Deport all illegal aliens.
