Money?? Cmon these guys don't all have money.. one of them I know works in a factory and probably earns peanuts.. he drives an old pickup truck
I earn 70k a year.. but i guess that's not enuff, id have to be a millionare right?

Because of power. Thats not as straight forward as it sounds and it can be a variety of different kinds of power. But the majority of the time its a wealthy or authoritative figure that is old, not just any old guy wearing plaid shorts

Old guys have more money than young guys. That's all it is. They can say they're more "stable" or "mature" or whatever they want, it comes down to the fact that old guys generally have homes, cars, and no problems paying the bills. Young guys do.
Don't worry, when you get old, you'll have money and women too. Until then, there's a lot of cougars out there.
EDIT: Ever hear of investments? I doubt it. To you, a CD something you buy at Wal-Mart, but I'll wager your pickup truck driving friend has a fat 401k. The only alternative to the monetary situation is that he's attractive and you're a hideous chud.

i think the older guys have been there done that and are now able to treat a lady with respect kindness tenderness and romance ---- when i was younger (yes i am in that group) i was a callow youth and it took many years before i matured ---- sometimes its the ladies choice as the guys they know are total jerks ---- and to rub the salt in my lady thinks the same and she is younger than me --- you do know when you are in love even if you have not met
