How many hours of walking/fast walking should I do to burn about 500 calories?? ...... I walk alot. So i'm just trying to figure it out. On average.............

well, it's reccomended you take 10 000 steps a day, which burns of 500 calories.
That's about 50 minutes to an hour of brisk walking

You burn about 100 calories per mile. If you walk fast, you can walk four miles an hour. So, 75 minutes should do it.

'walking a lot ' for the purpose of exercise? one hour of brisk walk should be enough along with other exercises for weight reduction. but remember under no circumstances u should be fasting for weight reduction.and diet control is also equally important. stop junk and oily food, eat lot of salad with out toppings , add little salt and lime for taste, drink two to three liters of water, as far as possible have green vegetable also in every meal

Yes, as previously said---good exercise walking-- if you include some strength training this will assist in getting the flat stomach.....muscle added continues to burn calories even when resting....
